For the seventh consecutive year, FleishmanHillard has been named to the list of “Top Companies for Female Executives” by the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE).
NAFE selects and presents companies in the United States with a culture where they encourage and support women to advance to an executive level. FleishmanHillard, named “Top 50 Companies for Executive Women” for the seventh consecutive year, was included within the top 10 companies this year to position it firmly as a representative female-friendly company.
Women make up 67 percent of FleishmanHillard’s global workforce and the fact that half of corporate executives with profit-and-loss responsibility are women has been highly acclaimed. Moreover, the agency’s women executives oversee more than 50 percent of global offices and corporate functions and lead three of the firm’s regions: Asia Pacific, U.S. Central and U.S. South.
For International Women’s Day (March 8th), FleishmanHillard had a story-telling tea time webinar session, themed “Wonder Woman at Work.” Female leaders from different regions shared their experiences and philosophies of career and life in the midst of encouraging each other.
Yvonne Park, Managing Director of FleishmanHillard Korea, advised those attending to have a “Sense of Purpose,” which can be attained by writing a “1-Paragraph” diary every day on newly-learned perspectives.
